Do I need to separate my white, colored and delicate laundry items?

No. We sort your laundry before washing. We also do our best to organize folded laundry by family member before packing.

Do I need to separate dry cleaning and dress shirts from Wash & Fold laundry?

Yes. Please place Wash & Fold items in one bag and dry cleaning or dress shirts in a separate bag.

Can I request unscented detergent, light starch or other laundry preferences?

Yes. When you place your order, you can provide your laundry preferences for Wash & Fold, dry cleaning and dress shirts. We can keep those preferences with your customer information unless you ask us to change them.

How much will my Wash & Fold laundry weigh?

Wash & Fold is charged by the pound and weighed clean and dry. These examples can help estimate your laundry weight:

• 10 pounds: approximately 2 jeans, 2 long-sleeve shirts, 5 T-shirts, 1 sweater or sweatshirt, undergarments, socks, a towel and a sheet set.
• 20 pounds: approximately 4 jeans, shorts, 4 long-sleeve shirts, 10 T-shirts, 3 sweaters or sweatshirts, undergarments, socks, towels and a sheet set.
• 40 pounds: approximately 8 jeans, 2 shorts, 8 long-sleeve shirts, 20 T-shirts, 4 sweaters or sweatshirts, undergarments, socks, towels and 2 sheet sets.

Actual weights vary depending on the type and size of your items.

Do you have gender-neutral pricing?

Pricing is based on garment construction and the required cleaning and finishing method, not gender. Garments requiring additional hand finishing or special care may be priced accordingly.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes. Current Wash & Fold and delivery minimums include:

• Drop-off Wash & Fold: $1.20 per lb., 20 lb minimum
• Pickup & Delivery Wash & Fold: $1.90 per lb., 20 lb minimum.
• Dry cleaning pickup & delivery: $50.00 minimum when the order does not include Wash & Fold.

What days do you pick up and deliver?

Pickup and delivery service is available Monday through Saturday.

What time do you pick up and deliver?

4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Or call 415-377-1162 to make appointment.

How long does pickup and delivery take?

Normal Wash & Fold pickup and delivery turnaround is approximately 2–3 days. Next-day service may be available by request, subject to availability.

I’m traveling and need my items back before I leave. Is that okay?

Usually, yes. We recommend scheduling your service so your expected delivery is at least one day before you leave. This provides extra time if stain treatment or another delay is necessary.

Do I have to be home for pickup and delivery?

No. Many customers leave their laundry near the front door or in another designated safe location. Please provide a gate code or pickup instructions when necessary. We normally return the laundry to the designated location unless you instruct us otherwise.

Do you pick up and deliver on holidays?

We observe New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If your scheduled service falls on one of these holidays, service will resume on the next business day.

How do I cancel a scheduled pickup?

Before the 10:00 AM cancellation cutoff, call (415) 377-1162 or use the available online cancellation option.

What can I do with hangers and plastic garment bags?

You may return them with your next pickup so they can be recycled or reused when appropriate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards as well as Venmo, Zelle and supported Square payments.
