How Laundry Pickup & Delivery Works

  1. Schedule your pickup. Choose your laundry services and pickup information online.
  2. Prepare your laundry. Leave your laundry in the designated safe pickup location. You do not need to be home for an unattended pickup when appropriate.
  3. We professionally clean your order. Wash & Fold orders are cleaned according to your preferences, while shirts, dry cleaning and other items receive their appropriate service.
  4. We deliver your clean laundry back. Normal Wash & Fold pickup-and-delivery turnaround is 2–3 days. Next-day service may be available by request.

Wash & Fold Turnaround

Pickup & Delivery: Normal Wash & Fold turnaround is 2–3 days. Next-day service is available by request, subject to availability.

Drop-Off Service: Most Wash & Fold drop-off orders are ready the next day or within 2–3 days depending on the order.

Same-Day Drop-Off: Same-day Wash & Fold may be available when laundry is dropped off by 10:00 AM.
